Jim Gerard, the Castro Valley spa dealer arrested last September on 14 felony counts of failing to make good on sales, was sentenced to 16 months in jail last week by an Alameda County judge. More
the 40,000 he posted in bail should have been given to the victims! Let him sit in jail a while longer and think about that!
