The BART people can’t manage their budget…never could and they certainly never tried. As with every other mismanaged budget, the thought has always been “No worries…we’ll squeeze it out of the consumer.”
And that’s particularly true in California. No one is called to account for bad management and heaven forbid these wastrels and crooks be run out of their jobs or investigated. Someone might be offended.
Gimme’ a break! This kind of legal extortion is becoming epidemic.
